We are pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of the NCH project. With the successful completion of both the (Cat A) and (Cat B) fit-outs across all floors.  ​In our previous update, we detailed the start of the comprehensive (Cat B) fit-out across three floors. This phase involved installing over 200 sprinkler heads—including two pre-action rooms and a combination of void and RD102 ceiling heads—all fully compliant with BS EN 12845 standards, ensuring the space meets the specific needs of its occupants.

Work is well underway at the 105 Victoria site, where we’re delivering a £5.5 million sprinkler contract. Conceived as a new destination for the West End, 105 Victoria Street is a mixed-use development that will pioneer innovations in sustainability, provide spaces that enhance wellbeing and reinstate a sense of community in London’s Victoria. The 470,000 square foot building will provide commercial office space over 16 floors, along with a number of retail units at ground level Our scope of work includes the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive wet riser and sprinkler system, fully compliant with BSEN 12845. This will encompass 109 zones, with over 8,000 sprinkler heads to be installed. With first-fix underway, we’ve made a strong start on-site and our own Thomas Pankhurst has been awarded Contractor of the Month for February! A huge achievement for our first month on site. Congratulations to Thomas!
