Holborn Viaduct – Project Update We’re making strong progress on one of our flagship London projects — a £3 million contract forming part of a large-scale commercial development. This extensive build spans two basement levels and twelve floors above, incorporating a wide range of systems. Our scope includes the installation of dry risers, a two-stage sprinkler riser system, and a full landlord fitout. In the basement levels, we’ve installed two electric two-stage fire pumps, fed from a 250,000-litre water holding tank — a critical element in ensuring fire safety across the development.

YY Building – Project Update Having secured 113,000 sq ft £1.2 million CAT B fitout project in December 2024, we are proud to report that, after six months of dedicated effort, our team has brought the project to practical completion. Final testing and commissioning will be taking place over the coming weeks to fully sign off the works. This ambitious project involved the complete CAT B sprinkler system installation across five floors of a high-spec commercial development, alongside the integration of IG55 gas suppression systems to protect critical MER/SER rooms. Our in-house design team provided full 3D coordination throughout the project, ensuring a seamless fit within the building’s complex architectural and services layout. The result is a state-of-the-art fire protection system that not only meets all current compliance standards but is also designed to maximise safety for occupants. By combining sprinkler coverage with advanced gas suppression, we’ve delivered a multi-layered fire safety strategy tailored to the specific needs of a modern high-rise environment. We’re proud of the work our team has delivered on this project and look forward to completing the final stages in the coming weeks.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of the NCH project. With the successful completion of both the (Cat A) and (Cat B) fit-outs across all floors. In our previous update, we detailed the start of the comprehensive (Cat B) fit-out across three floors. This phase involved installing over 200 sprinkler heads—including two pre-action rooms and a combination of void and RD102 ceiling heads—all fully compliant with BS EN 12845 standards, ensuring the space meets the specific needs of its occupants.
