Holborn Viaduct – Project Update

 

We’re making strong progress on one of our flagship London projects — a £3 million contract forming part of a large-scale commercial development.


This extensive build spans two basement levels and twelve floors above, incorporating a wide range of systems. Our scope includes the installation of dry risers, a two-stage sprinkler riser system, and a full landlord fitout.


In the basement levels, we’ve installed two electric two-stage fire pumps, fed from a 250,000-litre water holding tank — a critical element in ensuring fire safety across the development.

We’re also providing fire suppression protection to nine electrical rooms on level B01 using IG55 systems.

Currently, over 20 team members are working across all areas of the project, supported by dedicated supervision to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.
