Northcliffee House Project Completed
We are pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of the NCH project. With the successful completion of both the (Cat A) and (Cat B) fit-outs across all floors.
In our previous update, we detailed the start of the comprehensive (Cat B) fit-out across three floors. This phase involved installing over 200 sprinkler heads—including two pre-action rooms and a combination of void and RD102 ceiling heads—all fully compliant with BS EN 12845 standards, ensuring the space meets the specific needs of its occupants.
Adding protection between floors under the spiral staircase presented one of the most significant challenges our design and installation team had to overcome. The unique structure and space limitations made it particularly tricky to ensure the right level of protection without compromising the design’s integrity. But despite these challenges, our team managed to come up with an innovative solution that not only met the safety standards but also enhanced the overall aesthetics. It was definitely a tough task, but one we proudly achieved.
The project was completed on time and was 9 months from start to finish.
