Large VESDA Installation
Recently, our highly skilled and qualified engineers at Thameside Fire Protection Co. were given the opportunity to carry out and complete a new Vesda Aspirating System installation for a large Blue Chip company located in Kent.
We were able to deliver the complete project on time and on budget to a very impressed client.
The project included installing the 8-Zone Vesda system to one of their large paper storage warehouses, at a height of 18m, and was an FM-approved Early Warning category system for insurance purposes that was responsible for priming and activating the new sprinkler system, which has also been newly installed by Thameside Fire.
Right from the design stage, we were able to work very closely with Vesda, and then deliver the installation of 2 x new Vesda Panels, Power Supply units, Interfaces and all associated pipe work. And then connect to the existing Fire Alarm System
This was yet another smooth project that was fully installed, tested, commissioned and demonstrated to the client in a very professional manner.
All follow up paperwork and certification were provided to the client, and the system continues to remain fault free.
