Northcliffe Project Update

Work is progressing steadily on one of our latest projects in London at North Cliff House.

Initially, we completed all floors to a CAT A standard, ensuring the space was ready for tenant-specific fit-outs with high-quality finishes and essential services in place.

We have now embarked on a comprehensive CAT B fit-out, which involves customising the space to meet the specific needs and preferences of the occupants. This phase includes significant alterations to the existing floors. Additionally, we are undertaking new installations across three more floors.

We have 12 men on site since August and well over 1700 sprinkler heads have been put in.

We are excited about the progress and look forward to sharing more updates as the project advances through to project completion in February 2025. This project is a testament to our expertise in managing complex fit-outs and our ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
