Work is progressing steadily on one of our latest projects in London at North Cliff House. Initially, we completed all floors to a CAT A standard, ensuring the space was ready for tenant-specific fit-outs with high-quality finishes and essential services in place. We have now embarked on a comprehensive CAT B fit-out, which involves customising the space to meet the specific needs and preferences of the occupants. This phase includes significant alterations to the existing floors. Additionally, we are undertaking new installations across three more floors.

Our dedicated service team recently visited a shopping centre in Essex to perform an annual service for one of our valued, long-standing clients. During the routine maintenance, the team identified an issue with one of the main stop valves, which was found to be passing and therefore not functioning as intended. Upon promptly notifying the client about this critical finding, they instructed us to proceed with replacing the faulty valve as soon as possible to ensure the system's continued reliability. A replacement valve was quickly sourced, and our skilled engineers carried out the installation with minimal disruption to the client’s daily operations. The swift and efficient response ensured the shopping centre's services remained uninterrupted throughout the process. Following the successful replacement, the system was fully re-commissioned and reset, restoring it to operational readiness and ensuring optimal performance. This experience underscores our team's commitment to providing timely and effective solutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction and system reliability.

It’s been a particularly busy and productive week for our sprinkler division. Early Monday, one of our longstanding customers reached out to report a potential issue with their storage tank. As a valued client who has trusted us for years, we made it a priority to respond swiftly. We arrived on-site shortly after their call to assess the situation. Upon inspection, we discovered that the isolation gate valve had detached, which was causing limited water flow and could have led to further complications if left unresolved. After running a series of thorough tests, it became clear that the best solution would be to replace the faulty component with a brand new 450mm isolation gate valve. We sourced the required valve and immediately scheduled the replacement. Ww were able to install the new 450mm gate valve seamlessly. The tank was drained and refilled, and after rigorous testing to ensure everything was functioning as it should, the system was fully operational—all within 48 hours.
